Guarantee & Refund Policy

This policy applies to the Booked By Search service supplied by Vortex Trend LLC.

30-Day First Enquiry Money-Back Guarantee

The 30-Day First Enquiry Guarantee may also be described on the website as a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. It protects the first A$197 monthly subscription payment after the system has been fully launched, subject to the conditions below.

The 30-day period starts only after onboarding is complete, required business information / access / approvals have been supplied, and the core website / local-search system is fully launched.

If the customer receives zero genuine new enquiries reasonably attributable to the Booked By Search system during the first 30 consecutive days after launch, the customer may request a refund of the first monthly subscription payment.

What counts as an enquiry?

A genuine new prospect contacting the business through a tracked or reasonably documented website / Google action, such as a form submission, booking request, tracked or documented call, message click or other inbound contact attributable to the launched system. Spam, test messages, existing customers and duplicate enquiries do not count.

What the guarantee does not promise

The guarantee does not promise a particular Google ranking, number of leads, revenue amount, job value, conversion rate or business outcome. Search performance depends on factors including competition, market demand, reviews, reputation, location, starting position, platform changes and customer follow-through.

How to request a guarantee refund

Email vortextrendllc@gmail.com within 7 days after the 30-day guarantee period ends. Include the business name and reasonable information needed to review attribution. Where the guarantee criteria are met, the eligible refund is limited to the first A$197 monthly subscription payment.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by email or written message through an official Booked By Search support channel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and stops the next renewal. Cancellation and a guarantee-refund request are separate actions.

Cancellation alone does not create a right to a prorated refund of an already-paid billing period, except where applicable law requires a remedy.

Mandatory legal rights

This voluntary guarantee is additional to, and does not replace or limit, any remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
